Southern Oregon Baggers makes every attempt possible to provide completely accurate information. Occasionally there may be information on www.sobaggers.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability. Southern Oregon Baggers reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Southern Oregon Baggers apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Southern Oregon Baggers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will make every attempt to keep you happy with your purchases, However if you are due a refund, the funds will be returned in the same form in which original payment was made (credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card used).
NO THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY.
Southern Oregon Baggers will not be liable for any work performed by any third-party vendor referred by Seller and hereby waives any right to assert any claim against Seller for work performed by any other third party or vendor, including but not limited to, claims for negligent referral, agency, or superior.

SOUTHERN OREGON BAGGERS SHIPPING POLICY
Southern Oregon Baggers strives to ship all orders the same or the next business day, after all order requirements have been met. Please be patient during high volume periods such as holidays and unpredictable political pressures, as these can change shipping times drastically. Please contact us for an approximation of current shipping times before placing your order during these high-volume times.
SHIPPING CHARGES & CARRIERS.
Shipping costs are based on your order total and will be calculated during checkout.
All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via FedEx and transit times will vary depending on location. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail regardless of what shipping method is selected at checkout. If you have a request for a special carrier please let us know and we can get you a quote.

When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, detailing specifics of the order. When an order ships an order shipment email with tracking info will also be sent.
STOCK STATUS.
Southern Oregon Baggers does accept backorders. we have most common lengths in stock and can ship once all purchase requirements have been met. If your Stand is a custom length or purchased during a high-volume period, your order may be delayed and considered on back order.
PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGE.
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we would love to know how we can correct it for you. If you would like to make a return please contact us for an RMA# prior to shipment. After you receive your RMA# please ship back the unused products with your receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase to:

If the product you are returning is defective you will be refunded shipping. If you are returning or exchanging a product due to “buyer’s remorse” shipping costs are your responsibility.
